This exciting conclusion picks up right where ALL OF US VILLAINS left off! I‘ve been eagerly awaiting this since November & have to admit that this time, the male narrator‘s overly dramatic emphasis didn‘t grate on my nerves as heavily! The plot takes some surprising turns & the relationships between the main characters provides added surprises! It‘s a satisfying, exciting duology with great world-building & fun magical spells & a fairytale vibe!

The gruesome, dark, twisty tale started in All of Us Villains finds a satisfying conclusion! The Tournament is breaking and the remaining champions must choose a side—destroy the Tournament before it can destroy them all or slay their opponents and emerge the sole victor like their predecessors. Their survival depends on stories passed down each family through the ages—and on the very enemies they‘ve been to each other since the Blood Veil fell.
