Started this one today and I love it. It's been raining 🌧🌧🌧 cats and dogs since 4am and it's the perfect weather for reading 📖

Definitely an interesting look into Amber‘s past. It makes for an entertaining read! None of what happened in this prequel is mentioned in The Last Mrs. Parrish, so it makes me think the authors made it up after TLMP was published? I‘d still read it though as it does fit into Amber‘s character. I‘m eager for The Next Mrs. Parrish!

The prequel to The Last Mrs. Parrish is a quick read. The authors did a nice job giving Amber‘s backstory and the ending gave an insight into her actions in The Last Mrs. Parrish.

At three a.m., Lana Crump quietly got out of bed, fully dressed, and slid the suitcase she‘d packed earlier that night out from under it.

This was a quick read to preface The Last Mrs. Parrish. Not a whole lot happened but it gave us the back story about Amber and it was really fun knowing what was going to happen and the turn it would take. This was a satisfying novella to read and very quick to get through. Definitely great if you loved The Last Mrs. Parrish.
