Listening to my pick for #Argentina for #foodandlit2022 while making and eating Veggie Empanadas and chimichurri. This anthology by Latin American authors is fantastic and the food turned out delicious as well!

Sapphire That does look delicious. I wonder if I would enjoy anthologies or short story collections more on audio. It‘s not my fav in print. 3y

17 authors across the Latin America diaspora come together in this anthology of speculative fiction short stories.

These stories vary wildly in style, setting, point of view, and emotional resonance. And I enjoyed every single one of these stories. The worlds all felt established, if not as fleshed out as I would have liked. And I would read more of each story.

Some were open ended, some nearly tied up, & a few that felt incomplete. š•š•š•š•š‘
