85/150 While I think this would have worked better as a single story throughout instead of 19 different vignettes, its chaotic nature does fit Harley Quinn's character perfectly. Some stunning artwork, but I can't give it a pick because most of the stories are pretty forgettable. 3 ⭐⭐⭐

5/10:
This trade is a collection of 19 issues that were originally released digitally, but there‘s no consistent story between them. This would probably have made more sense if I was ready ongoing series featuring Harley Quinn, but they were only okay. The best issue was 13, that‘s the only one I‘d say you NEED to read if you enjoy this character and the Legion of Doom.

Kind of disappointed. I liked the overall art concept of black, white, and red (red being the variation from the black and white Batman version). Some of the chapters were too sketched for my taste (unclear lines and shading). Most of the chapter plots were pretty silly/shallow, and Harley Quinn has more than that to her.
