pickThis series really is a lot of fun and the manga made me laugh out loud several times. Of course, I worried about the cute German Shepherd Dog, but Pooch also gets a Happy End 🐶 The bonus comic is just as cute. Can't wait for more adventures with Anya and Bond.

pickThere was a more serious tone to this volume, but it did manage to keep things on the light side even with high stakes. I love that a dog was added to the series. I really hope to see more of him.
pickMy favorite volume so far! Anya is hilarious and they add a special dog to the family. 5⭐️
pickOmg what a great volume and a very Anya-centric one as the opening story started with her getting her puppy as a reward from the last volume.
And what a puppy. He's larger than her, fluffy, and a protective cinnamon roll and I love him.
This good boy protected Anya throughout the entire volume, risking himself from all the dangers that kept coming and without spoiling too much got into himself adopted by the Forgers 🥰
pickHow do you make this family even more cute and ridiculous? Add a dog! Though honestly, this volume was less random hilarious, violent hijinks and more high-paced action via thwarting a terrorist plot. It was still divided into distinct missions, but felt like one story throughout that I just devoured. Also gets real about the horrors of war, veteran PTSD and animal experimentation/exploitation, so be warned. Even more excited for the next volume!
When you switch from Manga to graphic novel and it takes you a minute to realize you‘re reading in the wrong direction.
pickAnya gets a dog and of course manages to get into trouble along the way. There is just something about this series that makes me smile.
pickI was disappointed with Vol. 3, but this volume came back strong. I really loved this one, both the mission and the dog, Bond. A terrorist plot has to be stopped and each member of the Forger family does their part, unbeknownst to the other family members. This is such an entertaining series!
Today feels like A Lot, for some reason. So, instead of reading a high-body count thriller, I‘m going to spend my evening with a little light manga. Have a great week everyone!
