I don‘t know how to do the fancy graphics so here‘s my jump into #bfc2022.
Daily meditation
3 days a week yoga
2 days a week work out
Daily water intake goal of 90 oz
Daily reading even if it‘s only 20 mins
Movement every hour/6k steps a day
Perhaps a bit ambitious- we‘ll see ;)

I‘m pretty proud of myself! Overall, I crushed my February #BFC2022 goals:
1. Meditate daily ✔️
2. 150 minutes of exercise each week ✔️
3. Yoga once a week ✔️
4. 64 ounces of water daily ✖️ (For the whole month, I only fell short of the goal on 5 days, which I still think is great!)
5. Read 9 books ✔️
6. Strength training twice a week ✔️

Looking forward to the new month…March goals are above! ☘️

These were my #BFC2022 goals for January and I‘m glad to say that I met them, for the most part. This past week, I was 10 minutes short of my exercise goal and did not do my strength training sessions, but overall, it was a great month! I feel proud of myself! 😄

Looking forward to February! Now to think of my goals…🤔

wanderinglynn @DogMomIrene sometimes it‘s about finding the right mix of goals. The great thing about #BFC is if at any time you find a goal isn‘t working, you can adapt it. And sometimes adapting it means letting it go because it wasn‘t the right goal for the time. (edited) 3y

I am late posting my #BFC 21 goals! The last few days have gotten away from me - this the season, right? For 21 days this month, my goals are to:
1. Exercise for at least 20 minutes, either walking or yoga
2. Meditate
3. Just have fun reading holiday books! I‘d like to clear my #bookspinbingo board, but I won‘t be upset if it doesn‘t happen!
4. Follow my eating plan
5. One self-care act each day

August was pretty much a wash - the only goals I accomplished were my reading and meditation goals. So, I‘m going to commit to making September a more successful month! My #BFC21 goals for this month are:

1. Meditate every day
2. Read 9 books
3. Complete the Yoga With Adrienne September challenge on YouTube
4. Keep up with my fitness and wellness journaling
5. Follow the eating plan from my nutritionist

#BFC21 update: July was a good month overall! 1. I read 11 books (9 was the goal) 2. I meditated every day 3. I completed the Mindful Eating course on my meditation app, and learned some helpful tips 4. I‘ve done #selfcaresunday each week 5. I fell short each week of my 150 minutes per week of exercise 🤷🏻‍♀️

It was a very busy week, so again, I did not meet my exercise goal of 150 minutes. This week, I will do it!!
But I have met my books read goal for the month, so that‘s good!

#BFC21 update: I didn‘t meet my exercise goal of 150 minutes because I had one of my headaches that last a couple of days, but I did what I could! I‘ve only finished 1 book so far but I hope to finish my 3 current reads this week.

4. Make an appointment with a nutritionist

My #BFC21 update for last week - it was a good week! I officially logged 143 minutes of exercise, just short of my 150 minute goal. But with the housecleaning I did, I‘m okay with it because I know I burn calories cleaning! I meditated every day - my current streak is 23 days! I did two yoga sessions, hitting my goal. And I managed 3 outdoor walks, which were all glorious! ☀️😊

February I completed 2 #BFC21 goals. I read 1 BOTM from my massive backlog and I taught 2 yoga sessions. My eating has started to dial back in.
Goals for March:
📚Read 7 books and read another BOTM from my stack.
🏃‍♀️ Add a 1 mile each week to my existing running miles and force myself to take a rest day. (I use running and exercise excessively to help curve my anxiety)
🥗stay on track with food and less candy

#BFC21 update:
1. Met my exercise goal
2. Met my meditation goal
3. Did some self care yesterday for Self Care Sunday
4. Unfortunately, I didn‘t get a chance to walk outside last week. The rain is ridiculous at this point and the couple of times the sun did come out, life got in the way and I couldn‘t get outside! 😬

MallenNC Also, the sunny days were the coldest. Which is good in some ways (no ice) but not great for walking. 4y

#BFC update: last week went pretty well! I met my exercise and meditation goals. Between all the rain we‘ve been getting here in NC, I only managed one outdoor walk. I‘m lucky to have gotten that! Yesterday‘s #selfcaresunday was also a success, even though I didn‘t feel totally 💯. Overall, I‘m happy with how my week went!

#BFC21 update: it was a pretty good week! I forgot how many minutes exactly of exercise I got in but I know it was above my goal of 150. It was closer to 200! I only got a chance to walk outside once this past week - between all the rain we‘re getting and appointments, it was all I could squeeze in.

This last week of January didn‘t go quite as well as I wanted, but still not bad. I logged 135 minutes of exercise, just short of my goal of 150 minutes. I missed two days of meditation, but the meditations I did do were very helpful.

For February, my #BFC21 goals are:
1️⃣ 150 minutes of exercise each week
2️⃣ meditate daily
3️⃣ get at least 1 #bookspinbingo
4️⃣ do #selfcaresunday each Sunday
5️⃣ walk outdoors when weather permits
