I vaguely remember reading them as a child, but the names slipped my mind such that when I went looking to see if the mystery I just read was talking about a real book, I didn't realize Mrs. Tiggy-Winkle was THIS particular hedgehog until I saw the cover! 🦔

I've spent my evening mod-podging an initial for my niece's Beatrix Potter nursery. I love it so much! Why didn't I think of this when my kids were littler?? (My 7yo was like, "MOM. I canNOT believe you're cutting up books!!) ?

I grew up adoring all of the Beatrix Potter stories, but my favorite of all was Mrs. Tiggy-Winkle. 😌
My daughter and several of her friends got a hedge hog. We met Needles this weekend. He's awfully cute but not so cuddly.

Tonight's bedtime time story was the Tale of Mrs. Tiggy-Winkle. I'm really enjoying reading Beatrix Potter's stories to Willow. Hehe she decided not to show her face tonight.
