Managed 12,5 hours of reading and finished the 3 books below as well as 2 short stories of Hotel Africa.
I'm pausing Hotel Africa for now, as I want to prioritise my reads for #Gottacatchemall hosted by @PuddleJumper to catch as many Pokémon as possible, and Hotel Africa doesn't qualify for any prompts so far.

Thank you so much @Chrissyreadit I love everything in my #litsylovesanimals the book is gorgeous and I can't wait to read it. The stickers are very pretty I might use a couple in a resin piece. The book sleeve 😍🥰💞. And the chocolate was stolen the minute my 7 year saw it lol. And you never know when you need tissues especially with two boys lol. I love any type of bookmark so that went straight into the jar with my others.
Having a very early morning read been at it since 5.30 just wanted to share some more amazing art work in my current book The Lost Spells by Robert Macfarlane.
Reading this book real slow, devouring every poem.

As you all know I went the Lake District recently it was a great short break I did lots of walking and resting. On the way home I got on the wrong bus and ended up in Kendal which I didn't mind because I visited my favourite artisan shop and bought a new journal and some postcards.

pickThis is a feast of the senses. Musical poetry to read aloud, gorgeous art to look at, poems that honor and appreciate wildlife and nature, and encourage you to get out and explore. Both the poems and the art are lovely. Definitely a book to read aloud and share. Liked the glossary/identification guide in the back as well. While you may not have the same flowers or wildlife in your area, this is a book that can be appreciated by anyone.

pickThis was the perfect book for a cold, rainy afternoon. It‘s filled with beautiful wildlife and plant illustrations and some lovely poems. I took the advice of the poet and read this aloud which did really help the words and sounds trip off the tongue and also a nice way to remember that poems were first recited orally. It‘s a short book and one I‘m glad I got to slow down and take comfort within its pages.
