It shows both books under the same link - not sure about that - Oh well.

Great book 2 :) It's super cute. Love the “friendship“ aspect of this :)

BethM Hahahah I love candles and hate lighting them 😂 candle warmers for the win! 3d
ElizaMarie @BethM I love candles (and the fire flame) but -- I tend to “forget“ to practice utmost safety when I have a candle lit. My husband is always the “candle police“. Also now, Lobster (my black panther) is obsessed with flames and I am afraid he will burn his little whiskers. (edited) 3d
BethM I once left a candle burning that turned out to be in glass that was not rated for fire. Burned down, popped the glass, caught the decorative wax on the outside on fire, and went up the kitchen cabinets. While I was at work and my husband was sleeping. I‘m Bo longer allowed flames 😂 3d
ElizaMarie @BethM OH MY!!! I can see why you aren't allowed flames! I “so far“ have not set a full fire (yet) 3d

A beautiful book with so many wonderful thoughts. It‘s a graphic novel and the illustrations are fantastic. There are sequels to this hope I read them soon

Cute and fun! I enjoyed the family dynamics (the aunts are my favorites) and the magic. I‘d love more backstory on Effie‘s family in the sequels!

I worked this weekend and didn‘t complain about it once! Which I felt deserved a little bookstore splurge… what else would I do with my weekend meal allowance money? 🤔

I liked the start of what I am assuming will be a series. An orphaned girl is taken to a house with older ladies. They are her grant aunts. They are herbalists and acupuncturists. But they are also witches. And our girl finds her powers awakening and wrecking a little havoc. I really enjoyed this read and can see boys, girls, young and old alike finding enjoyment in the tale.
