If you‘ve ever wanted to run away and join the circus like I have, you will absolutely adore this book. It‘s magical, whimsical, and full of so much hope. I love each of the characters, and the world building is phenomenal. I‘m not even a romance reader, but even that part had me swept up in a whirlwind of emotions.
One of my bookstore working internet book friends surprised me today with a package containing four ARCs of books that come out this month.
The tagged book is something I was really looking forward to reading, but had to cancle my preorder when we were laid off. I'm sure I'll buy a copy once we're back at work, but I'm really excited that I don't have to wait to read it!

Harley Milano comes from a family of Circus Performers as well as her family owns the most famous circus in Las Vegas. She wants to be a Trapeze Artist but her parents want her to stay in school and go to college.
pickAnother character-driven, heart wrenching read from Akemi Dawn Bowman. (Is it even an ADB book if it doesn't make you cry at least once?) I enjoyed the circus aspect of this book a lot as well as the exploration of mental illness. Plus, who doesn't want to read a book about a girl running away to the circus?
