pickOMG...I need the second volume now. I told my husband to track it down by the weekend. So crazy and good.
My hubby has been trying to get me to read this for awhile. So going to sneak this in tonight.
so-soI'm house/cat sitting for a family friend, and this giant omnibus was staring at me from one of the (numerous!) bookshelves.
The story takes its time to build and develop complex characters, but leaves a couple arcs unresolved.
In a small town, a woman is strangled-then she wakes up in a shallow grave with no memory of her death. As she and her friends try to figure out why this dead girl is walking, disturbing, biblical events start happening.
