I love this storyline. A dystopian story of kids and young adults with various powers fighting against a ruthless army led by a ruthless man trying to wipe out most of humanity. The only complaint I have is with the main character, Juliette. Her continual whining and indecisiveness is really annoying. I will move on to the next book, but if her attitude doesn‘t change, I may bail. #SeriesLove2024 @Andrew65 @TheSpineView

It should‘ve taken Juliette one touch to kill Warner. But his mysterious immunity to her deadly power has left her shaken, wondering why her ultimate defense mechanism failed against the person she most needs protection from. She and Adam escaped Warner‘s clutches and joined up with a group of rebels, some with powers of their own. Juliette will finally be able to actively fight against The Reestablishment and try to fix her broken world.

3⭐ I feel like it was just a filler book in the story. Not much happened untill the end and the end is the reason why this book gets even 3⭐ with out that ending I would have given it barely 1.5⭐. I can only hope that Juliette really changes in the next book. I'm going to be skipping fracture me for now but I'll go back to it in a while because I love warner too much to read from Adam's pov and see his hatred for warner.

I didn‘t think I would love this series after the first one, but this book completely changed that for me. Yes, I still hate half the characters, but Kenji and Warner make it all worth it. I am reading with entire series for them and only them. Well and the never ending action, the suspense, and the romance.

Oh my god. I have no idea what to say. It took me a WHILE to get into this book because I felt like in the beginning a lot of the tension was based around the romantic relationship between the main characters, a sort of will-they-won‘t-they that I found tedious. But when it finally got going, damn, was it good.

Juliet and Adam have escaped Sector 45. However, Juliet still tries to figure out why Warner and Adam are both immune to her deadly touch. That causes her to become closer to Warner … in more ways than one.

I loved this one! So much better than the first one. The writing is just as great, or even better. We get to know Warner more. More romance. More action scenes. And the segue into the next book is just spectacular.

I‘m loving this series! Mafi uses a unique visual to show Juliette‘s internal monologue which helps illustrate her changes. She‘s getting stronger internally and externally and it really helps to see and understand her internal struggles. It‘s really a book about self discovery more than anything but set in this dystopian world where war is always looming. On to the next in the series. #seriesread2022

Unravel Me follows the events of Juliette's escape from the Reestablishment to Omega Point - the headquarters where people have special gifts like Juliette. One of my favorite parts is the way some sections are formatted. Sometimes the words are crossed out, which made me feel like I was reading Juliette's notebook rather than her point of view. I genuinely had to put the book down several times to walk because I was too invested in [redacted].

Book two in this series! Y‘all I may be a little obsessed with this one! Dystopian setting with an amazing set of characters! I‘ve laughed I‘ve cried…I‘ve inhaled. And I may or may not have gone out and bought the rest of the series. Read this as I TOTALLY DID! Even though it targets YA/New Adult it‘s one that anyone can enjoy.

I definitely enjoyed this sequel more than the first, as the pace was quicker and there was a lot more action. As usual I loved the way this book was written, it's so original and poetic that I find it really easy to connect to Juliette. However I did find the MC to be very emotional, which is understandable however is a tad annoying. I loved the romance, and I'm happy in the direction it's going. The ending was unexpected too!

This book was amazing. I loved all of the action. I couldn‘t stop reading. My favorite character was Kenji. I was so scared towards the end Warner almost killed him. I am so happy he was okay. I am dying to get the next book to see what happens. 8/10

I enjoyed this installment more than I did the first one. There characters were a little more mature, though I‘m pretty tired of Juliette‘s “damsel in distress” vibe. Mafi‘s metaphors are just as nonsensical as they were in the first boom which is extremely distracting and disappointing- especially since she seems to whip them out when the tension should be at the highest point. Nothing like laughter to ruin an emotional moment.
