Festive holiday recipe take #3, with the same recipe that is. Last night's attempt did not go well, cheap candy canes are not recommended folks. Tonight, using the same recipe, I substituted the candy canes for dried mixed fruits (cranberries, blueberries, cherries) also added some chopped almonds. I'm happy to report these just might be my favorite batch. #WinterGames2020 #readnosedreindeer @StayCurious

aperfectmjk @StayCurious @SW-T Thank you, thank you. Baking is kind of a new thing for me. I don't do it often. I enjoy trying new recipes, but sweets aren't often one of them I try because my husband and I often waste them. Cookies are a safe bet because they're easy to share. 4y
