Some days I just need a palate cleanser and this fit the bill. Fun urban fantasy mystery with just the right amount of gritty and sexy. Plus she‘s a bookseller, so there‘s a “favorite author” storyline, which I also loved. And, it knocked off an audiobook that‘s been in my library for *years!* An all-around win and a series I might continue.

This book kept me company during my tattoo appointment. It was a decent read and mildly entertaining. I found the main character to be quite selfish and annoying. I get that she‘s a succubus, but her flighty behavior got old fast. The only thing that kept me going was the relationship between her and Seth. Not sure if I‘ll continue with the series though. 3/5 🌟

At first, i had a hard time getting into this book. It is heavier on the paranormal than the romance. I love Georgina's sarcasm and wit. I will probably read more of the series.
