I‘m not a big fan of the amnesia trope, but I like how Weatherspoon made it into a focus on understanding who you are as a person and consent within relationships.

Oh this was fun! I don't think I've ever read an amnesia trope before, so that was a first. Lots of found family/second chance stuff going on that I throughly loved. Also, made this killer mac n' cheese for #bookanddinner.
It's nearly 4 AM so I'm gonna hit the sack, looking forward to checking out the group reads tomorrow. #24in48

Another fun romance from Rebekah Weatherspoon featuring cowboys, a famous chef, and amnesia. It was a little less steamy than some of her other books I've read, but still really good.
There; hot, spicy breakfast, with creamy coffee to use up some leftovers from last week‘s strawberry scones and A COWBOY TO REMEMBER for entertainment. I wanted to finish it yesterday, but I ended up socializing instead of reading. It‘ll happen today.
The book is great! There‘re a couple of darker threads, but at its heart this is a story about a woman who rediscovers herself with help from a lot of nice people.
I‘ve got a plausible #weeklyforecast for the first time in ages!
I‘m currently reading A COWBOY TO REMEMBER. When I finish it, I‘ll try REDWALL, then move along to JHEGAALA. If there‘s enough time after that, I‘ll start BATTLE.
For audio, I‘ve got THE HUNDRED THOUSAND KINGDOMS, a TBD non-American title, and maybe the start of THE BROKEN KINGDOMS.
If I can get my comics brain in gear, I‘ll read more HIGH SCHOOL DEBUT and some Sandman Universe.
I had my breakfast mostly made before I realized I felt more like hot & spicy than cold & fruity. Oh well.
This is my 11th Rebekah Weatherspoon and the first I‘ve been able to get from the library and/or in print, which has got me thinking about romance availability around here. It‘s dire, y‘all. The shelves are sparse at the library AND my local indie, and Nalini Singh‘s the only BIPOC writer who appears regularly. Argh.
Absolutely loved it and looking forward to the next book in the series.
We read this for our romance book club, and the Zoom discussion was so much fun! We all liked the book, although this was a fairly tame romance for most of the members. The amnesia story line was a little soap opera-y, but I was raised on it. Love the family, love the hot cowboys, could totally see this as a Hallmark Christmas/NYEs movie (now's the time to embrace, diversity, Hallmark!). It won't blow you away, but it might make you swoon!
Starting this one to discuss on Thursday night's romance book club zoom meeting!
With an appropriate number of dogs and tons of amazing cooking (seriously read this one with a snack, I was so hungry) this book is an excellent start to Weatherspoon's newest series. A celebrity chef loses her memory and has to go to the ranch and first love she purposefully left behind 10 years ago. A wonderful take on second chance romances with a cowboy spin. I cannot wait for Jesse's book!

This has cowboys and amnesia - two of the tropes I don‘t like as much and yet, Rebekah Weatherspoon totally pulls it off. Lots of fun, very sexy and second chance/missed chance too. Oh and it made me super hungry!
A delightful #romantsy contemporary. This standalone is about a celebrity chef who gets amnesia and goes to recuperate at a friends ranch and rekindles an old flame. Sounds very soap opera and very old school but is actually very modern, fresh and diverse. Rebekah Weatherspoon excels and using comfortable tropes in modern stories. Very enjoyable!
1. Tagged, also Willa of the Wood and listening to the Proposal by Mary Balogh.
2. Last thing I recommended was Rebekah Weatherspoon‘s “Rafe- The Buff Nanny”. Ridiculous title, adorable book
3. Animal Crossing!!

My library hold came in!
Wonderful! The perfect read when the world is on fire. Escape to Charming, CA with a celebrity chef and her childhood cowboy crush, can‘t wait to read more by Rebekah Weatherspoon! #ReadingWomenchallenge #22
Mid morning reading mini break. Still getting used to remote working, it has some pretty cool perks! #currentread #socialdistancing
Amnesia is one of my favorite tropes, so this story of high school sweethearts reunited when only one remembers all their history was very much my jam. Filled with friends and family, dogs and horses.
With an appropriate number of dogs and loads of quality food porn this book is an excellent start to Weatherspoon's newest series. A celebrity chef loses her memory and has to go to the ranch and first love she purposefully left behind 10 years ago. A wonderful take on second chance romances with a cowboy spin. Cannot wait for the next book fingers crossed its about Jesse!!!!!
