Myth-O-Mania: Get to Work, Hercules!
Myth-O-Mania: Get to Work, Hercules! | Kate McMullan
3 posts | 2 read | 1 to read
You've heard of Hercules, right? Big, strong guy who did tons of amazing, heroic deeds? Well one part of that myth is correct. Hercules was big and strong. But he had an teeny-tiny brain. He couldn't have done any of those heroic deeds if it hadn't been for his friends telling him exactly what to do. Hades sets the record straight on the true story of Hercules.

Third book done for #24B4Monday

Hades sets the record straight about Hercules and all those labors. The big hero needed some help from good old Uncle Hades, plus a motley crew of monsters.

Nope. If you‘re vegetarian you don‘t eat animals of any kind. No fish.

booksandsympathy I know a vegetarian who eats sushi every once in a while. And a vegan who sometimes also cheats and eats fish. 5y
julesG I know so many vegetarians who eat fish. For some reason, that I don't understand at all, they think fish is not meat, but agree that fish are animals. 🙈 5y
Hooked_on_books This always drives me crazy. You are absolutely right—vegetarians do NOT eat fish. Those who do are pescatarians. Everyone seems to assume vegetarians eat fish and I am forever correcting that wrong assumption, having been veggie for almost 25 years. 5y
