These essays address women‘s anger in a range of voices, tones, and perspectives. I would get worked up while reading but took comfort in the fact that so many of these talented and inspired women are fighting the good fight.

Burn it Down is a powerful collection of short essays by women discussing anger, typically their own based on their lived experiences. I love how each author approaches this a little differently and how much diversity is here—POC, trans, immigrant, and disabled women are all here. This is outstanding.
just picked up a few more holds at the library so decided to make a stack of all the library books I have out at the moment ^ I'm in the middle of reading a few but at least I will have lots to chose from when I'm done - Burn It Down sounds interesting & I feel like I should read The Water Dancer soon as well because it will likely take me a while to be able to check it out again.
Did a little shopping during lunch. Can you tell what type of mood I‘ve been in? 😈
5/5🌟 Out Oct 8th!
Essential Reading! In these 22 introspective and sharp essays a diverse selection of female authors explore their rage and the different forms it takes.
This was such a great collection! I found several new authors to add to my growing reading pile. I appreciated the diversity in the authors voices. The different perspectives really offered a lot of understanding how different women express and experience anger. #bookreview
