pickYet another brilliant installment in the Seven Sisters series of novels by the late Lucinda Riley, gone far too soon. I loved the overlap of complex themes, cultures and eras in this multi layered novel. Riley writes about sensitive subjects such as addiction, racism and mental health with careful attention in a way that enhances the narrative and helps you connect more deeply with characters and stories that might be very far from your own.
Started the Sun Sister by Lucinda Riley, book 6 in The Seven Sisters series. Love this series, such a shame we lost Lucinda Riley earlier this year.
pickThe sixth book in The Seven Sisters Series was just as fantastic as the previous five books. In this book we journey back in time and find ourselves somewhere in Africa. Once again, our tale is filled with mystery, some sorrow and a whole lot of love and laughter as the sixth sister discovers the origins of her roots.
so-soUnfortunately, this one did not work for me: characters are so shallow, so self centered and not clever at all; everything seems unrealistic and unbelievable...
This novel was a struggle, but I am waiting for the final book!

pickI love the fact that I am all caught up on The Seven Sisters series and there is only one book left! Can't wait to see who the 7th sister is and have all of my questions answered (hopefully)!
This was Electra's story. It took us backward from New York to Kenya as Electra learned the secrets of her origin and struggled for her sobriety.
My favorite is still the first book of the series, but I've gobbled up every subsequent book greedily.
This is the next book up in The Seven #Sisters series for me. The hardback and audiobook is out and the paperback will be published later this year. This is a sensational series and totally recommend it!

pickBook 6 of the Seven Sisters series. Electra is a super model hooked on the lifestyle of fashion, drugs, alcohol and promiscuity. Her other sisters have discovered their roots, but she wasn't interested...until her life spiralled out of control, and a woman shows up who claims to be her grandmother. A good book, has details of Kenya during English occupation which I know very little about.
I'm more than halfway through book 6 of this series , which I've totally enjoyed. Thank you Tammy @Butterfinger for giving this special book to me!❤ I'm trying to read some of my stacks of unread books I've not gotten to in some time.

Book 6 in this series, if you like historical romance, family tree tracing, flashbacks through time and modern day drama you will adore this series. They MUST be read in order.
pickI have loved everyone of The Seven Sisters book. This book is such a wonderful story, I have laughed & cried throughout it.
Can't wait for the 7th book xx
