Okay, I really need to take care of myself so I‘m setting myself accountable. I‘ve been wanting to perform yoga for my back and neck so I finally got that app. Today I even did 26 minutes and already I‘m feeling good. Then I want to be cleaning and caring for my face. Plus I added after this photo to give myself a mani pedi every 10 days. Let‘s see if a visual reminder will help this month to meet my goals. #BFC2022 @wanderinglynn

I wanted to step away from “white people” memoirs for the #mandmchallenge #classic prompt. And this one‘s been #ontbrforever so it fit a #readwithmrbook prompt. But, ugh, it wasn‘t an easy book to read. Antiquated language and a LOT of spiritual oddities just didn‘t work for me. But I enjoyed the travel and stories about India in early 20th century.

When I put the #memoirsandmysteries reading challenge together for myself last year, I included a #classic prompt. My full intention was to read some Sherlock Holmes, since I enjoy the fan fic that people write and also the BBC show. But ... now that I‘m here ... I just can‘t read a white guy book right now. Instead I‘m going with this book, since I‘ve revived my independent yoga practice due to the pandemic. It‘s certainly unique!
The Book that is (in) the heart...
Yoga keeps you out of stress and increases the creativity in you. You give a stand to yourself and try to understand every movement and thoughts you have....😊😊😊😊
It is a remarkable life history that widens the vision to see unfathomable beauties of life. An emphasis on 'kriya yoga' and a life of self respect, calmness and simplicity with good eating habits is in it. The book narrates the lives of Yogis in Himalayas and the powers they inculcate through ultimate practise of yoga and meditation. Some powers maybe me uneasy for normal human being to conquer. This book is a must read if you are a true seeker.
My morning yoga spot! This is what helps me keep the little sanity I still have (and it‘s not much!).
Hi Littens. I'm at a yoga retreat & it's out in the country & wifi connection is coming & going . It's very weak. So if I can't post & connect with you Littens you will know why. I'm taking lots of pics , it's very lovely country here , hopefully chat soon. 💕💕💕pic I took as we entered this old country house
When you have a special place for books in your life then every place becomes a reading place ! #autobiographyofayogi
My friends highly recommended this book as inspiring. Perhaps Im just not in the right state of mind for it but I found myself raising an eyebrow at some of what he describes happening to him.
Books are my first love. Wait maybe cats are my first. Books my second. And yoga my third. I had such an inspiring 2 of 10 yoga teacher training weekend.
So well read!! Have you read this? #BookSwap #BookClub #Yogi #SteveJobsfavbook yet to read but got my attention in our yoga class today 🙏🏼
