The 14th deadly sin is the latest installment following Lindsay Boxer and friends as they work to solve murders. Trouble is brewing in San Francisco again as Check-Cashing stores are being robbed at gunpoint. The escalating robbers are dressed as San Francisco's finest: wearing SFPD Windbreakers and masks. Are the members of the group actually police officers or using the attire as a ruse to easily gain entrance to cash rich locations? The case gets worse as Lindsay and her partner start to suspect that the same people are responsible for the robbing and cold killing of drug dealers as well. There are plot twists as Lindsay attempts to figure out who she can trust and who is in danger. Lindsay's workload gets heavier as she stumbles across a possible serial killer that has been knifing women to death on the same day for five years. Will she be able to get rid of the stain of Windbreaker robberies while also catching a murderous psychopath and keeping her life at home together and safe? Download your copy today! This one has a cliffhanger. As usual, it was a page turner. Gave me 2 bingo spots for #ISpyBingoJuly #SeriesLove24 #ReadAway24

Lindsey, Joe, Julie, and Yuki are all doing well until a new terror begins to sweep the streets of San Francisco. A gang dressed as cops are terrorizing the city and leaving a string of dead bodies in their wake. Are they cops with a vengeance or are they posing as cops…

Quick moving, interesting listen. Lindsey Boxer is trying to close down a team of bade cops, if she can only figure out who they are. Then a snide comment from one of her best friends has Joe looking into a possible serial killer.

What can I say, I love the WMC series they are fast paced, easy to read and keep you guess and on the edge of your seat, often not able to put it down. Lindsay is a fantastic, strong female character whilst also having a soft side and a great love for her family and friends.

Finished! With a number in the title. #MayScavengerHunt

This book was so bad. I really liked Patterson at one time, but his formulaic pushing out books likes rabbits have babies has made me lose respect. I know...he burns $100 bills to light fires. This book had me checking about six times to make certain I had not read the book before. Ugh. And these characters? They really have become so one dimensional. Pan. Big one.

BeansPage Awe sadness ☹️ 5y
Clwojick Darn! I‘m up to read the 10th one soon, and I was hoping they‘d stay interesting, but I‘ve seen reviews stating that it soon becomes a boxer and joe duo, and no longer about the woman‘s murder club 5y

My daughter had her wisdom teeth taken out yesterday so in between caring for her ... I‘ve gotten in some time to listen to this book and started crocheting a baby blanket for my nephew‘s baby girl Delaney! 💜

JoScho Pretty blanket. Are you switching colors of is that natural fade of the yarn with the color change? 7y
Beautiful_Organized_Chaos @JoScho it‘s a Caron cake .... it‘s different shades of purple. I‘m still a rookie. Changing from the end of one to the next is still complicated for me 7y
JoScho Well it looks great and don‘t worry you will get the hang of it 😊 7y
Beautiful_Organized_Chaos Thank you @JoScho ... it‘s so relaxing. I‘m hoping to learn how to knit next. 7y
JoScho I started with crochet years ago and picked it up pretty quickly, taught my friends and then tried to learn knitting and it just never clicked for me. 7y

#somethingforsept #Day2 I'm committed to this series even with it's up and down story quality. This was not my favorite in the series but it's an ok read.
