Red is the color of violent death. Red is the color of strong feelings---love, passion, greed, anger, hatred.

I‘m posting one book a day from my massive collection. No description, no reason for why I want to read it (some I‘ve had so long I don‘t even remember why!) Feel free to join in!

My husband treated me to my favorite Peanut Butter truffles from our local chocolatier and I treated myself to a couple books! Of course I shouldn‘t be buying any new books when I have so many to read but what the hay! Happy Valentine‘s Day everyone!!! 💕

Oh man trying to get all three of them to stay in one place and look in the same direction is near impossible. This is the best I could do. My husband is also one of my #readingbuddies tonight 💜

So out of my pile of paperbacks I picked this one. I‘m not sure if I‘ve read it before lol the cover looks super familiar but the plot of the story doesn‘t ring a bell. I hate when this happens, I‘ll probably read half of it and realize I read it Years ago. Oh well the joys of reading:) this one will be book 7 for this year!

Booknerd2 I‘m not stalking!! I swear 😂🤣. I‘ve been waiting forever for her new one, The Boy. Release was delayed due to personal problems with the author. I also noticed you‘ve read some Beverly Barton. I really like her books also. 7y
Caffeinated_Reader @Booknerd2 Bawhahaha no worries I get excited when I “meet” people who like the same type books I do. It‘s like books recommending people 😆 also I just got back home so I will return the love for your page! Thanks so much for the feedback 7y
Caffeinated_Reader Beverly Barton was really good book I think I‘ve only read 1 or 2 books by her. Tami Hoag is in a time out for me still 😂😂😂 7y

Mehso-so

This book didn't completely captivate me. I LOVE thrillers, suspense, murder. The introduction of characters are sparse with mo backstory, and their names are tough to remember; so I found myself in the third or fourth chapter thinking wait?? Who is that?? Flipping back to see if the character had been introduced and I didn't notice. Nope. Other than that, a relatively good read!
