This was good for a childrens book - for children interested in scary books this would be the way to go -

Joining @chasjjlee for #2022ReadingBracket

Here are my choices so far -

In January 2020 I canceled all of my social media platforms and accounts with big box stores. I was going to shop local, and connect in person with others. We know what happened next.

I found Litsy, it was just what I needed - each morning I get up and check Litsy - it puts me in such a good mood!!

Thank you!!
Make a great day everyone 🙂

Alwaysbeenaloverofbooks I feel the same!! 💛 3y
Christyco125 Litsy is unlike all the rest. 📚 Readers make the best people. 3y
JudeCC Litsy is the Best! 🙌 😃
You're reading RL Stine! I LOVE him! I read almost every one of his books as a teen. My favorite Fear Street saga was The betrayal, The secret & The burning. I have to re-read his books to see what I think as an adult. Unfortunately, when I moved out of my mother's house I lost my collection. 😭 I've been buying the new versions with time, but miss my old ones. I've never read a single goosebumps, though. I should! 👍

I couldn't find Camp Red Moon, so I chose the closest thing!

Camp Red Moon is an Audible-exclusive anthology by R.L. Stine and 3 up and coming middle grade authors! It's amazing, highly recommended. You can read my full review below 👇🏼 from Dead Head Reviews 😊

This one isn‘t in the database, probably because it‘s an Audible Original. I guess that means it was published on audio first? Anyway, it had 4 separate stories, all about Camp Red Moon and its campers. I liked “The New Camper” and “The Ghost in the Cabin” best.

Jumping back in to using my Kindle. Currently reading the tagged book to complete at monthly reading challenge. The prompt says to read three books by the same author. I am cheating a rereading some of my favorite Goosebump books. They are short and entertaining. Not to mention they are bringing back so many memories. ❤️

Crazeedi I go back and forth too, right now I'm with books, but I'm going back to kindle soon 6y
Derf I use the Kindle Oasis and I love it. Although I do miss having physical books in the house 🤦🏻‍♂️🥺 6y

I never read Goosebumps as a kid. They came out after I was addicted to Fear Street. That being said, I can‘t resist any kind of spooky book with a camp setting-camp setting is an auto read for me. Keeping in mind that this is written for younger kids I would say it was fun but the ending felt a bit rushed and unbelievable.
Any good spooky camp books you guys would recommend?

#9 "It's the little camp of horrors!"
Camp is always weird your first time going. Strange noises out in the woods, weird acting camp counselors... people disappearing? What could be terrorizing Billy and his new friends at Camp Nightmoon? Another fabulous ending. Never saw it coming!

Good morning Littens!! My 1st #24in48 book is done!! This was a very strange & creepy book. There's always a twist with #Goosebumps finales & I honestly did not see that one coming!! 4/5.

I only managed to sleep for 3-4 hours. 😭😭 My kitties woke me up with their obnoxiously loud theatrics. They are cute, but such delinquents!! 😂😂

Gonna have more coffee & a muffin, & move on to my second read! Woot.

Alright, I managed to read for 25 minutes. It's not much, but at least I've officially began! Gonna get some sleep now. I'm sooo exhausted. Hoping for tons of reading fun several hours from now. Happy reading & sweet dreams to all. 💙💜💙

WOCreads Sleep well! 😊 I started noon my timezone... didn't know if start was am or pm🤔 7y
BiblioNyan @WOCreads I waited until the AM. I wasn't sure either. I only slept for 4 hours before my cats woke me up. 😭😭 They were fighting, those punks haha. 7y

It's half-past midnight, so I'm going to kick off my #24in48 readathon with this #middlegrade #horror novel! It's about a kid who gets dumped at a summer camp by his parents and quickly realises things aren't as copacetic as he had initially thought.

Eryn2513 I remember this one!!! Love Goosebumps!! 7y
