May #bookspin - more thematic than title-specific. This is working for me in 2024 & I‘m sticking with it.

This was a fun book. I typically shun what I assume is formulaic writing. The characters were well fleshed out for me and the plot was good. I figured out one part rather easily, but I believe the author planned it that way. I will definitely keep more of Cussler's books on my shelf. They provide a nice refresher after more difficult reads.
Going to get a head start for January's #bookspin and #doublespin....I think.

Oddly enough this photo popped up on my Facebook memories from 2 years ago. This is my son cuddling the library cat. Apparently he loves books and animals. What more could I ask for?
