Surfing seems like a #SummerSport although it‘s done year round in Hawaii & the biggest waves are usually in the winter months. Here‘s some surfing books I have enjoyed, set or mostly set in Hawaii. 🌊🏄🏼‍♀️🏄🏽‍♂️🏄🏽🌊

I read this book a couple of months ago. I‘ve always admired Bethany‘s strength, bravery, and faith.

Absolutely love this book. It teaches you how no matter what you can overcome anything that you set your mind too! It is also great for young readers.

I loved it. I find her to be so inspiring. And as someone who can‘t swim it scares me more lol. She was so brave to get back on the board and surf. I would have not seen it the way she did. She is amazing.

I listened to the audio book on the Libby app. Amazing, thought provoking story about a brave and strong girl.

My version had a follow-up about five years after the book was originally published and included stories about the making of the movie which was a fun addition. #audiomemoir
