Stopped not even halfway through. Concept initially seemed interesting, but I found it explained in a confusing way or (maybe purposely) not fully. I usually like YA reads for quick entertainment, but this didn‘t do it for me.

panI finished this book simply out of pure stubbornness... The beautiful cover and the description drew me in but failed to live up to the story inside. The entire time I was reading, I had no idea what was going on. While this was the first book in the series, I felt like I had jumped into the middle of the series.
Enjoying a book on this fun day as a way to pass time till DCI East (for any Litten who knows what that is).
I think this cover is a little #garish. I have yet to read it but I just done like the cover. It makes me think of religious fantasy. #uncannyoctober.
so-soThis book just didn‘t do it for me. I enjoyed the story but found the romantic interactions awful. I don‘t like fickle phony love. I probably won‘t read the next one.
I've been eyeing to this beauty for awhile but I'm hesistant to read this. Have you read this guys? What can you say about this? I heard it has a second book, The Traveler, i would try to read this after Strange the Dreamer tho. .

pickUniek verhaal, mengeling van science fiction, fantasy, stoere gevechten in onze wereld en ook op vele plekken, maar dan net ietsje anders. Boek wekt veel vragen op wat betreft Seekers en hun verleden, ik wil meer!
Going through my books while watching Olympics. Rediscovered this series I've been meaning to read. I think it's dystopian. Two are out and the third one is scheduled for next year (if I remember correctly)
