#bfcr3 week 1 update
Did well with my walking & health goals, need to work on books & fruit. However I have hurt my foot so may have to reduce my walking goal back down to 2 a week, I'll see how this week goes & decide at the end of the week.

I hit my weekly exercise goal each week, and surpassed my total book goal by 2 books! Can't wait for Round 3 to start tomorrow!!

The heat this week was insane. But even with that I got 5 days of exercise in. Most of that was done on a stationary bike under an ac vent.
I didn't finish any books but I'm close to the end of Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows.
I also made my water quota on most days.
I need to make meditation a bigger priority since I didn't do any this past week. It was still a good week 😺

Despite the heat index I walked 5 days, managed to get my 3000 steps in 2 of those days, drank a lot more water, no soda, and read 4 of my 11 books.
Next week I plan to work harder on cutting down on carbs and get some meditation in along with walking, drinking water and reading.
I couldn't resist using The Far Side to sum up summers in Louisiana 👻

I don‘t always agree with the tagged title. But over these last 6 weeks I‘ve come to realize that I don‘t hate it as much as I thought I did. I‘ve gone from 2 lb weights to using 5s and 8s. I‘m sleeping better. I‘m still losing and gaining the same 5 pounds but I feel I‘ve built the habit and now miss it when I don‘t do it. As near as I can figure I‘ve got 33 points for this weeks check in plus hitting my goals. @wanderinglynn #bfc #finalcheckin
