📚 I really enjoyed the tagged book, I think it made me nostalgic, wanting to go back to my old 4-H summer camp I spent 12 or more summers growing up as a camper, counselor and staff member
🐳 I‘ve seen dolphins a few times in Florida, and when I was a kid, we saw a whale blow from its spout in Hawaii 🤩 magic!

Going into this book, I was very excited to read it because loved the premise. It‘s exactly the type of book I like to read. However, the execution left much to be desired.

A book that gives advice & perspective through its characters. Uncomfortable moments & uneasy resolve with best friends that come into life at the right times & unsure if they‘ll be back again. Also, so much reminded me of the summer camp I went to from 7-19 years old, working the ranks of camper, counselor, staff. Recalling dynamics of older girls, weeklong best friends, the lake, rec hall, arts cabin from an “adult” woman perspective ❤️Camp

5🌟I really enjoyed this one!
Shapiro's writing is really good, very descriptive. These female characters are really well written. They both had such depth to them. I had to keep reading to find out what would happen to them. Female relationships are so interesting to me. And I love how more women's stories are being published.
This is the perfect read to kickoff summer! Available June 4th!
