One of my bookish goals this year is to read and cook from twenty different cookbooks. This morning I made sriracha salt from the tagged book. It smells amazing and I can‘t wait to try it on popcorn or scrambled eggs. This book had a ton of recipes I‘d love to try, but even with a well stocked spice cabinet it would cost me a fortune to get enough ingredients to cook from this regularly. For that reason I probably won‘t buy my own copy.
