pickI have read several of McKillip's books. Some of them I've loved, some I didn't even finish, and others I enjoyed even if I didn't quite "get" them. Her books frequently read like epic poetry except not actually poems, if that makes sense!! I liked this one, but found it a little strange. In fairness, though, my LIFE is a little strange right now, so that may have impacted my perspective!
Still at the hospital with Grandpa, reading the tagged book.
