pickI just love Gaiman‘s imagination. Although I haven‘t seen the film this story was REALLY entertaining and fast paced! ?Getting huge Coraline vibes from this one, especially with the anti-characters and doppelgängers! Very heart-felt and imaginative! Give this a listen if you‘re a Gaiman fan and need quick reads for the end of the year !

so-soThis has been sitting on my shelf for ages even though Neil Gaiman is my favorite author I finally picked it up because I had to cram for the last of my OWLS Herbology because just like HS I procrastinated till the very end.
This was a very Gaiman book very whimsical with a dark adult truth even though it is a kids book I enjoyed it but it wasn't a favorite of his kids books for me.
pickThis is a fantastic story about Helena and her dreamworld.
Also there are books that fly 💛
I saw the movie years ago and I think it is time for a rewatch.

I needed a quick read today because the past week has been very busy, and this inventive story pulled me in from the start and let me forget reality for a while and exist in the world between the pages.
I will have to watch the movie now and see how it holds up. Great book for fantasy/fairy-tale fans.

This past week was a bit busy, but things will slow down now. I did garden 4 days and get a few more steps in than usual. One of my favorite fitness items is my phone for keep track of my walking and listening to audiobooks/music. I did finish 2 books.
