Is there a genre you really want to like but sometimes have trouble getting into?
For me, that genre is cyberpunk. I‘ve read some cyberpunk novels that I just found too confusing. Fortunately, that was not the case with Nylon Angel. With its strong and sassy lead heroine, fast-paced action and unique concepts like three dimensional holographic tattoos and hair styles molded into geographical designs, this was a cyberpunk adventure I really enjoyed
Nute Steampunk is a challenge for me, but maybe I just need to find the right book to get me there like you did for Cyberpunk. That is probably always the key for intro to a new-to-you genre. So happy that these books worked for you. BTW...nice review! (edited) 7y
DaveGreen7777 @Nute Thank you so much! Steampunk can be hit or miss for me, too. I did really like Leviathan by Scott Westerfeld, so that might be a good steampunk book to try! 😊

Nute Maybe I‘ll give that a go, because I liked another series by Scott Westerfeld. He wrote Uglies...I can‘t remember the name of the trilogy, but I loved it. It was a dystopian series not steampunk. So I‘ll keep your recommendation on the back burner. Thanks so much! 7y
DaveGreen7777 Glad to help, Nute! 😀 7y
