I have three of the items listed above: rheumatoid arthritis, fibromyalgia & gout. Over the past few years, steroids have altered my appearance. I am very self-conscious but working with my doctor so I can feel #BeYOUtiful

Gezemice I have skin lupus - diet really helps although no one tells you. I am on the FODMAP diet. If I go off, the debilitating fatigue and headaches return. No doctor told me this - found it by Googling and experimenting. I hope you will find what works for you! 7y
JacqMac I only had one of those. A hip replacement changed my life. But I can understand a little bit of what you‘re feeling. I agree with @Gezemice an anti inflammatory diet really helps. And a good physiotherapist. I hope you find what you‘re looking for. 7y
Godmotherx5 @ElishaLovesBooks @Alwaysbeenaloverofbooks @Smangela @Gezemice @JacqMac Thank you all for the compliments. I know there are others worse off than me. I can‘t let my diagnosis control me. I have friends with RA & they inspire me. Diet is hit or miss. Gluten free & avoiding both red meat & nightshades have not done much. Nevertheless, I‘ll persevere. I have to or I‘ll never get to all the books you cheerleaders suggest. ❤️💝💜 (edited) 7y
Eggs I have osteo and fibro and neuralgia-chronic pain. Have to stretch and exercise a lot 7y

readinginthedark Steroids will do that to you! 😕 I went down to 2,000mg or less of sodium each day, and that helped me quite a bit, but my issues are with my kidneys. Also, you‘re doing a great job! 7y
Godmotherx5 @readinginthedark Thank you. Kudos to you with the salt decrease. You are amazing. 7y
