⭐⭐⭐ While the story was eventually put together well, the author was rather self indulgent with character development. I tripped and fell in SO many plot holes, and the ending was SO unsatisfying I'm irrationally angry about it. The ONLY reason I bothered with 3 stars is bc I loved Leo.

Now I just recently said the same thing about Vox. This writer is being a bit self indulgent when it comes to character development. Some of them you know WAY more than need be and others you know near nothing about. "Feast or famine". Thank Christ this plot is coming together otherwise I'd have let this one go.

Granted the beginning of this book was a bit convoluted, it's epic in it's hilarity...and finally things are starting to thread together. I could really do without all the rehab scenes though....

Super engaging and very exciting. I loved the overlapping of each of the characters lives. I think of this book often and seriously hope there is a future film adaptation.
