The Weighted Blanket: An Essential Nutrient in a Sensory Diet | 
My daughter expressed wanting a weighted blanket, but they are SO expensive! So, my mom figured out how to make one. I bought the beads online. She made the top, sewed channels, then I helped her stuff and sew it shut. We certainly surprised her.
