This one was just okay for me. It‘s a compilation of his column/blog. I didn‘t learn anything new about 45 and it just makes me feel angry and frustrated. I think I agree with @BarbaraTheBibliophage that I need to take a break from books about him for awhile. I was reading this in a restaurant and a couple did comment that they liked the title of my book which made me feel less alone and comforted that there are others who share my views.

The hubs always makes me breakfast on the weekend! Today it‘s bacon and potatoes with spicy ketchup. I‘m using the bookmark my friend @BarbaraTheBibliophage sent me this week as I think she would approve of my current read! 😜

This is why I'm absolutely baffled as to why the National Embarrassment isn't in prison yet for obstruction of justice. I guess Robert Mueller is waiting to put him in jail for other charges as well--such as treason--but when Caligula has nukes, he needs to hurry.

Let me fully explain the media in two rules.

Rule one is: "Bombs=Easy to understand." Swoosh, kaboom, "boots on the ground," Greatest Generation? Easy to understand.

Rule two is: "Russian Cyberwar= Not Easy to understand."

Disinformation, collusion, hacking, voter registration rolls, microtargeting? Not easy to understand.

The president of the United States has admitted that the Russians "meddled" in the election that put him in power, and he has blamed his predecessor in essence for not stopping him, and he has admitted to intimidating the FBI director who was investigating this treachery, and he has resumed his veiled threats of intimidation against the special counsel now investigating the treachery--and yet this "president" has not yet been removed and arrested.

It's not that this book isn't good but I had to stop reading. I don't need this toxicity in my life. I'm surrounded by it and no matter where I look it's everywhere. I hate trump, I hope he leaves office. But I am no longer going to willing subject myself to this.

Something new happened today... the #bookmail that arrived was ordered by my 17-year-old son. I have asked to read it when he‘s done, of course.

Look what finally came in at the library!

A new presidential election before 2020 is entirely constitutional, though presumably politically impossible, because some legislation would have to be passed by the Senate or the House and presumably affirmed by the Supreme Court, and all three bodies would have to be hit by lightning simultaneously to knock enough patriotism and morality into the Republicans who control them to get them to actually hold a 2017 or 2018 presidential election.

Every library I am an active member of does not have this ebook. I even placed a request for the hard copy at my local branch. Spoiler alert, they don't have it either.

Who has the ebook I want? The library card that expired and isn't easily renewable. That's my luck.
