Hubby got a replacement for one of my beat-up books that arrived in a torn-up box from Amazon for Christmas. Who‘s read this one?

When your friend says his favorite book is an 800+ page history of the Middle East, you have to consider how much you like your friend and respect his taste in books. So far, both friend and book are incredibly amusing, if a little cerebral. Thank goodness for #24in48 or it would have taken me an era to read this epic history! @24in48

One of my absolute favorite books, one that I've read at least a dozen times. Great books often take on a life of their own and transcend their author, but here is something different: Seven Pillars of Wisdom feels like a piece of Lawrence himself. It's beautiful and intelligent; I love it. 🤘🤘🤘
