Now it's time for a little relaxation with coffee, donuts, this book, and a little Killing Eve before I attempt making pierogi for the first time in over 10 years. Wish me luck#

This is my morning.
How about you?
Isn't this the coziest winter mug ever?
A little bedtime splurge.
I just got back from my cancer support group. We talked and made cute paper lanterns (we have a once a quarter art therapy/craft night). Now I'm home and already in my Pjs. There's no #manpanion tonight; so it is just me and Newbury & Hobbes for the rest of the evening.
Perhaps I'll also do a little #audiocrocheting and work on my cowl.
Mondays last way toooooo long! I just want to go home and get back to this. I'm really liking the second book so far.
I tried to have a relaxing morning reading, but the #manpanion was extra chatty until I put on the Great American Baking Show. So, starting this book will have to wait a few hours until football starts.
Another excellent adventure featuring Sir Maurice Newbury and Miss Veronica Hobbes! Set at the turn of the 20th century in London involving Egyptian artifacts, missing women, and some pretty formidable foes. Sugar cookie not included. 😊 #steampunk #fantasy #mystery
Both Scratchy and I are jittery due to all the fireworks noise outside. She has settled down by me for soothing pets while I try to read. I have headphones on but wish I had also grabbed earplugs!
