I get really sad when I realise that we‘re still fighting the same things I was fighting at 13....except I think probably worse as we now have the vile, toxic abuse on the internet!
But it was still really interesting reading what today‘s young women are trying to do in the name of feminism.

From the Women‘s March to #MeToo....the impact women have had this year in changing the conversation has been incredible.

Which is all the more reason I love that feminism is Merriam-Webster‘s Word of the Year.

If I could add anything, I would change it to intersectional feminism. 😊 #feminist #feminism #girlpower #fightlikeagirl

LOVE THIS BOOK! It's full of great quotes about women and feminism but most importantly it's full of really great essays about feminism and what it means to be a woman today. A must read for EVERYONE! I had to stop myself from saying 'yaaasss preach' out loud...😹
