Update about the kittens! We saw the allergist today; very nice man. He prescribed some medicine and breathing treatments to open everything back up. He recommended no cats, or at the very least, only have one cat. :-( But, the vet I saw was also very nice, and said that his daughter just lost her cat to cancer and she would be happy to take them. So they've got a good home and close by us too.

WarpedSweetness @TricksyTails I'm sorry we couldn't keep them all too. But the woman was really nice, and so heartbroken over her own cat. Thankfully the baby is taking it fairly well. 7y

So I'm just waking up, thanks to the baby not going to bed until 6am. SMH Poor thing was having trouble with his breathing. There was such an out pouring and love and support and some great suggestions from so many people that I cried! (I'm emotional. Lol) I made an appointment with the vet about a special shampoo that could help, and my son has an appointment with an allergist next week. I hate to get rid of them; they're so good with the baby.

WarpedSweetness I'm going to see what the vet and the allergist has to say before I completely re-home them. I might just drop it down to one kitten. The allergist's office suggested that doing so might help. I'm sorry I am not responding to everyone individually. I have so many things to cram into the next hour or so thanks to waking up. But I want y'all to know how much I appreciated the reposts and the suggestion and the support. 7y
