Pedestrian and predictable. Not a credible plot and I was desperate for this to grind to an end. Not unremittingly bad but, well, just, meh.

Next up is this-a-one... Audiobook version again. My last “read” helped me through a day of washing, ironing, hoovering (Dyson-ing if that‘s a word?), bed-making and kitten herding. Yes, that was me answering the door with my headphones on.
Only just started this and I‘m a little put off by the use of several narrators. Anyhoo, let‘s see how we go. Looks like harrowing subject matter so there‘s a cheery prospect, eh?

This fell into my inbox this morning. I like the sound of it. At 99 pence it was definitely worth a punt and then I saw just Qa.99 for the audiobook as well... Deal done.
