More healthy lifestyle #inspiration.
Jayne's first book convinced me to do a triathlon ten years ago. WTF was I thinking?!?! I'm not exactly sporty.
I came in last, but I finished.#nostalgia
So, I bought her second one. I liked this book on biking. It was pretty funny.

AmyG @MaleficentBookDragon That you were even IN a triathlon is amazing. 7y

Two books that have motivated me in the past to get active and do things I never thought I could. I biked 63 miles, did zombie runs, color runs, bike events, and also did a sprint triathlon. That may not seem like much, but for an overweight 40-something lifelong couch potato that hates heat and sweating, it was pretty amazing. I'd gone back to my old ways and now I hope they can do their magic again.

LauraBrook This gives me hope! Will have to check out both of these. 8y
MaleficentBookDragon @LauraBrook If you are interested in a tri, her first book is what we all read to get ready. Motivating, funny, and informative. It convinced me to give a tri a try. And I can't even swim. 8y

LauraBrook @MaleficentBookDragon Thanks. At this point, is be happy to walk a block without getting winded, never mind a triathlon. Sad but true. Hoping to start a daily walk tomorrow. (And I've said that every day for over a month. 🙄) Will check out her first book. 8y
