I've been thinking more on this challenge, and want to set myself up for success.
So, my revised goals are-
7 books (at least 3 on nutrition, wellness, or fitness)
Minimum exercise of -
1/week cycling (indoor or outdoor)
1/week yoga, pilates, barre, TRX, or willpower & grace class
3/week rebounding
Daily- at least 1 green juice or nutribullet green smoothie
Daily - in bed by 10:30pm
