#Bookfitnesschallenge @wanderinglynn

I've been thinking more on this challenge, and want to set myself up for success.

So, my revised goals are-
7 books (at least 3 on nutrition, wellness, or fitness)

Minimum exercise of -
1/week cycling (indoor or outdoor)
1/week yoga, pilates, barre, TRX, or willpower & grace class
3/week rebounding

Daily- at least 1 green juice or nutribullet green smoothie

Daily - in bed by 10:30pm

Itchyfeetreader I pondered a sleep goal but figured this would be what would break me so going to try and later on after this challenge resets me with some good habits 6y

MaleficentBookDragon @4thhouseontheleft if you have the right teacher it is soooooo much fun. I haven't found any classes in my new state, so I just bought 2 DVDs to try. 6y

I'm sadly having to set this book to the side for now but the positive, can-do attitude and humor, mixed with extremely practical advice, from this book means I do plan to pick it back up in the future!
