My coworker loaned this to me....we work in a crime lab so yeah, that probably explains the book!

I chose the DNA coffee mug to accompany my reading because it compliments the book and I am also *that person* who gets unreasonably excited about dorky science memorabilia.

A little update: this book is revolting 🤢Although it is very informative and well detailed but I can't help but feel disgusted by the atrocious facts about certain serial killers. This is a real letter sent from Albert Fish to the family of the 10 year old girl he abducted, and it's.. bone-chilling 😨😷

JulAnna 😊two of my favorites, The Stranger Beside Me by Ann Rule and Fatal Vision by Joe McGinniss. 8y
Theresa He's been claiming his innocence decades! My brother-in-law used to be in the Air Force & stationed at the base that served Fort Bragg. When I visited my sister there we had to go see the "Fatal Vision house". I might be a little sick now that I think about it considering the horror that family went through. (edited) 8y
My_novel_obsession I just found My Favorite Murder this month and I have been binge listening. I ❤it! (edited) 8y

Gayan You're in a cult, call your Dad. 😀 I have been to the house in San Francisco where the Manson Family started. I've also been to Nicole Brown Simpson's condo, and the crime scene tape was still up. Proud Murderino! 8y
JulAnna Fatal Vision is about the 1970 murders of Colette MacDonald and her two children at Fort Bragg, NC. Her husband,Captain Jeffrey MacDonald, was convicted in 1979. I should mention a trigger warning because of the deaths of the children. 8y
