I am loving this series more and more with every book... sad there is only one left!

Books 3 & 4 finished; onto Book 5! (last of the series) While I didn‘t love the way book 4 ended, I think Adams has done an admirable job incorporating such a big story into a series of cozy mysteries... largely maintaining the cozy feel, while still exploring grand new territory (to say more would be spoiler if you haven‘t read the 1st 2 books!). I also continue to love Adams‘ focus on family & female friendship.💖

Ella Mae battles Nimue and rescues “her kind“ in this book. Characters who have been in the previous books were “unmasked“ - shows good continuity in the series. At this point, I think I am reading this more for the fantasy element rather than the mystery. 😂

From the first page, you are engulfed in the magic, the pain and the love in the characters. You can almost smell all the recipes in the book. This is truly an enchanting book. Book three completed for the #cozyinthesun.

Just heard Morgan le Fay as not a villain, and the concept that she was rewritten by male historians as a villain because she was a wealthy, powerful woman. Mind. Blown.

I'm really enjoying this series! If you enjoy cozy mysteries and baking pies this is such a cute series.

I don't have any traditional #cookbooks but every book in the Charmed Pie Shoppe series has pie recipes at the end. #riotgrams
