My wife was supposed to have her leg cast removed today but it has now been pushed to Tuesday. I was so looking forward to her being fully mobile again, especially as it is a long weekend. So I decided to treat myself.

TrishB That‘s perfectly acceptable. I have The Only Good Indians but have been put off by people saying animal violence! Just a warning. You can let me know! Hope the cast comes off next week 🤞🏻 🤞🏻I‘ve worked 4 12 hour days this week and was given today off for recovery (& cocktails!). (edited) 3y

This has been a strange week. My husband‘s grandma passed away so with family coming into town, the polar vortex cancelling some days of work, the funeral, spending time with family, taking my car in to get looked at....it has just been an odd week. My husband suggested today we take a trip to the bookstore to pick out some new reads ❤️
