I had a hard time getting into this book. I like his art, but my goodness was I bored through this.
This was the #doublebookspin number on my list.

This is odd. Very very odd. Thank goodness it‘s not too long.
Guess who finally has a functioning laptop??? I literally couldn‘t be more happy, I‘ve had a very elderly slow laptop for so long and it was almost unusable for about a year. Obviously the first thing I did on my new laptop was read a book lol
Side note does anyone have tumblr and want to follow each other? I‘m dreamvisiongirlfriend on there and just realised I follow so few people I actually know so would love to follow anyone 💖
Here‘s some #litsylove to be mailed soon for the March 2020 challenge 😎

“It‘s not discipline, B,” I repeated. “It‘s knowing what you really want.”
Yes, I saw this show at the Whitney and fell in love all over again, but, also, Warhol matters so much more than his reputation. The Philosophy is 100% bonkers and 100% required reading and 100% telephones and underwear. ALL the 💙s and ⭐️s and 💡s !
“A Coke is a Coke and no amount of money can get you a better Coke than the one the bum on the corner is drinking. All the Cokes are the same and all the Cokes are good” (101).
“. . . the only ‘person‘ qualified to be your boss would be a computer that was programmed especially for you, that would take into consideration all of your finances, prejudices, quirks, idea potential, temper tantrums, talents, personality conflicts, growth rate desired, amount and nature of competition, what you‘ll eat for breakfast. . . “ (96). Warhol invented Facebook. In 1975.

1. This is one of Andy Warhol's designs he submitted for the Tacoma Dome. It wasn't chosen, but there is a group trying to make it happen.
2. I want to read 100 books. Doing #LitsyAtoZ #ReadHarder2018 #LitsyReadingChallenge #MountTBRChallenge and #ReadingWomenChallenge
3. Contacts, but I still need reading glasses...
4. Oceans!
5. Too tough so I'll say Into the Drowning Deep because it has scary mermaids
Every song has a memory; every song has the ability to make or break your heart, shut down the heart, and open the eyes. But, i‘m afraid if you look at a thing long enough; it loses all of it‘s meaning. #music #art #andywarhol #philosophy
Twining with my current read
Enjoying some Andy Warhol again today!
Got myself a letter board, and had to put this Andy Warhol quote on it. 😆
They always say time changes things, but you actually have to change them yourself.
I used to live in NYC and my roommate gave me this as a birthday gift because she knew I was crazy about Andy! #signed
A fascinating trip into the mind of the great pop artist.

I can't believe this is in #hoopla! I was obsessed with it in high school. I don't know if 36 year old Meg will enjoy it as much as 17 year old Meg. I'm not sure if I want to jump. Thoughts? Anyone re-read a book you loved as a teen?
Some books that I set out for the month of November. I started on Not That Kind of Girl kind of early so I should be able to get through these fast! #novemberstack
Loved it. I have always been curious about Andy Warhol and what better way to read it directly from his pen? It was a very enjoyable read, I finished it on two day, I couldn't put it down.
