This was an intense although it felt a tad dated. I wish White had updated this as well as Friends for Life when she updated the President's Daughter quarter. Especially since Susan McAllister appears in these as well. It was fun reading about some of the Boston places that no longer exist but from my memory of that time period.

One of my favorite books. Love Derek and Bev so much and must have reread this a dozen times as a teenager. And still go back to it with the same pleasure.
