I missed the #litsypartyofone as I had friends round the Friday night and cooked a load of recipes from these two cookbooks. I then went awol from litsy on Saturday as I had a awful hangover and got to look after my friends cat for 4 hours. These cookbooks btw are amazing!

RealLifeReading So does your food! 8y
Weaponxgirl @RealLifeReading thank you 😀 8y

Nat_Reads I am heartbroken. Thank you for posting! Gives me hope. 8y
Chrissyreadit @McShelfington I used a collective "we"- I am not there. Just soaking up resistance and support for what is important. 8y
SuperPunkNinja @Chrissyreadit 😄😄😄 Whoops! 8y
BooksForEmpathy I may have to stop by tomorrow. Love this post! 8y
mcipher This is heartbreaking and lovely all at once. I'm so sad and disappointed in this country, and yet this kind of thing gives me so much hope. 8y
Nerdfins The little things people do to resist are just as important as the big things. 8y
kspenmoll All the little & big things I have come across today that people are doing to resist breeds hope. Love this display. (edited) 8y
dariazeoli I keep thinking about how I can't believe this is happening, and wondering if that thought is part of what allowed is to happen. Really scary times. 8y
SuperPunkNinja @dariazeoli I know what you mean! 8y

I am in the middle of a ton of books! Almost finished with three that aren't even pictured here. Help! Didn't realize having too much reading material can sometimes be overwhelming. Thank you to everyone for all your recommendations! My TBR mountain has become a tall as Mt. Fuji! 🤓😊🤗 #TBR #dogsoflitsy #henry #lulu #dottie

jpmcwisemorgan That's why I get more ebooks now, so I can't actually see the tower of books. 8y
EvieBee @jpmcwisemorgan Haha! This is true! I never imagined I'd own more ebooks than paper books but it's definitely more manageable. Don't get me started on the library, though. (edited) 8y

Notafraidofwords I try to read two at a time because I totally get overwhelmed otherwise. 8y
jpmcwisemorgan @EvieBee84 Oh the library... 8y
mrsthilkey I can only read one book at a time! Well, reading one and listening to one works, but that's all I can handle. 8y
EvieBee @BookishMarginalia Thank you! My fur babies...and only babies, lol 8y
EvieBee @Notafraidofwords you know, that seems to be my limit usually. I can do more but I get flustered when I really sit down and think about the juggling act. 8y
EvieBee @jpmcwisemorgan Oh yes. So tempting! 8y
EvieBee @mrsthilkey I'm coming to that conclusion! I do the same usually. Always have an audiobook going and something physical. But juggling several audiobooks and physicals books has been daunting! 8y
