This book was recently selected by our book club, and while not something I might have selected for myself I really enjoyed it. Eleanor‘s point of view of basic facts of life have a refreshing lens to think about the things we do, the things we buy and the people we share our lives with.

I just finished reading this debut book by an indie author and really enjoyed it. I had some knowledge of the atrocities the Burmese Karen people had faced, but this was an eye opener. Also the conditions faced by females in Thailand.
