This was an extremely difficult and boring book. I started reading it months ago and it's taken me this long to finish. Do not recommend.

Absolutely pick this up. It's a fun and easy read, the characters are extremely likeable and real, and the world is rich and detailed. Also, girl power!

This is a fabulous children's book that teaches how to deal with bullying. There's enough word play to make it enjoyable for an adult, but it's simple enough for young children. Highly recommend.
"That last was said with a whistle quality in the speakers voice, as if she were mourning the memory of true pink." ???

This one want as good as the other Milan book I read, but only because it was more about two people that a romance, I thought. Plot was good, story was good, but not what I expected (which doesn't mean it's a bad book, just my issue with it). I would have like s bit now sex. 😂😂😂
My first Courtney Milan book and I'm definitely reading more. Romance with humor, but also heartache. Heavy stuff like dealing with past trauma and emotional abuse, but it doesn't overshadow the romance. Not what I expected, and I really enjoyed it. Loved watching two virgins leaving how to please each other rather than the typical "I'm a man and know everything and will teach you, my virgin bride" that's found on most historical romance.
I love this trilogy and the world that Brandon Sanderson had built. The characters are well developed and I love that he also gives us the perspective of the"bad guys." I felt a little let down at the evening because it didn't feel like an ending; it feels like they're should be another book. But the more I think about it, the more I feel it was the right ending for the book. The story better really ends, does it. Highly recommend.
